This Data Protection Notice (the “Notice”) outlines how Tetsujin, as well as any of its employees, agents and representatives, collect, use and disclose your personal data, pursuant to the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (No. 26 of 2012) (“PDPA”).
By interacting with Tetsujin, providing any information to Tetsujin, and/or signing up for any products or services offered by Tetsujin, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Notice, and agree and consent to Tetsujin collecting, using, disclosing and/or sharing your personal data in the manner set forth in this Notice. Tetsujin reserves the right to update this Notice at any time.
